Payment Options
Bella loves Roses accepts credit and debit card payments online via PayPal or through a PayPal account. You may also pay by cheque, made payable to Karen Staples or Jane Wilson. When paying by cheque orders will be dispatched upon clearance of the cheque.


Delivery Times
Bella loves Roses aim to despatch orders within 5 to 7 working days using Royal Mail subject to stock availability. Delivery to Scottish Highlands and outside the UK mainland may take a little longer and incur additional costs. Should you wish to ask us about your order, please email us at enquiries@bellalovesroses.com.


Where do we deliver to?
Bella loves Roses will deliver anywhere in the world. Delivery outside the UK mainland will incur a surcharge. Please email us with your order at enquiries@bellalovesroses.com and we will be able to inform you of the exact cost.


What are the delivery charges?
Standard delivery on orders will cost £4.95 per order.


What happens if I am not completely satisfied with my purchase?
If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have ordered, simply return the goods, unused, in the original packaging, with the relevant paperwork, within 14 days of receipt of the goods, and we will refund you. Please note that you are responsible for the carriage costs in returning the goods to us. It is a good idea for you to obtain proof of posting.


What happens if something in my order is damaged or faulty?
You should contact us by email at enquiries@bellalovesroses.com within 3 days of receiving your order to advise us of any damages or faulty items. We will then ask you to return them to us and we will refund you the cost of the damaged/faulty goods, plus the return postage.


What is the cancellation policy?
The Purchaser may cancel an order prior to despatch by emailing enquiries@bellalovesroses.com. Bella loves Roses will refund the Purchaser's credit or debit card for the full amount within 7 working days if the goods have not been despatched. If your order has been despatched, please simply return your purchases to us in the normal way for a full refund. Please note that you are responsible for the carriage costs in returning the goods to us. It is a good idea for you to obtain proof of posting.
